A recruitment platform in Singapore is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee scheduling and coordination of production processes. Responsibilities include developing production plans, monitoring vendor processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. A Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of production processes. This role involves monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop, manage, control and implement production plans and schedules that align with company objectives.
Monitor production and vendor processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
Coordinate directly with production teams or vendors to ensure product quality and delivery in meeting customer expectations.
Analyze and monitor production data and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with production or vendors. Expediting production or vendors if necessary.
Provide report on productions and status with highlighting any issues may affect timelines.
Jobs are issuing production or vendors upon components readiness.
Customer order fulfillment analyzing and reporting and communicate with interest parties of the order status.
Collaborate and communicate with internal team, not limit to production, Store, Shipping, QA, Customer Service and Sales timely in order meeting customer delivery date.
Handle ad hoc & other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirement:
Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Some knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of planning principles and procedures
Some knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
Some knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
