Overview

You will assist the Creative Producer in the planning, managing and implementation of all church worship services, events and productions.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, facilitate, oversee the preparation and smooth running of both English and Chinese events & productions
• Manage church level productions establishing production timelines and schedules and its effective implementation
• Liaise between the Creative Producer and the different ministries for the purpose of directing operations to achieve event/production objectives
• Ensure that service SOPs and processes are followed through at all times
• Liaise with external vendors for quotes and deliverables
• Oversee volunteers’ management and support
• Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiencies of the production team and volunteers’
