Working Day: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.45pm

Salary: Up to $7000

Job Scope

• Lead and inspire the production team to meet daily output goals, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules.

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Develop, implement, and enforce production processes and safety procedures to maintain a safe, productive work environment.

• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

• Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise machine utilisation to reduce downtime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
