Responsibilities

• Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation.
• Enforce the in‑house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
• Cake decoration.
• Ingredient preparation.
• Slicing of frozen ice‑cream.
• Preparation of ice‑cream cake base.
• Fulfilment of display cakes, customer order cakes, festive and ad‑hoc cake production.
• Assist the Supervisors and Senior Cake Decorator to achieve various production targets.

Requirements

• Candidates are required to stand for long hours and must be able to slice frozen ice‑cream blocks.
• No experience required.
