A dynamic startup in animal feed production is seeking a Production Admin to manage labeling materials, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth operations of production. The ideal candidate has at least O level education and 1 year of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen attention to detail. This position offers a stable work environment with a 5-day work week in Singapore.

As a Production Admin, you will be responsible for managing labeling materials, packaging consumables, and providing essential administrative support to the production team. This role offers a stable and supportive environment where you can contribute directly to the smooth running of production.

Working Day: 5 days
Working Timing: 8am-6pm (No OT)
Working Location: Gul Circle
Salary Range: $2,000-$2,500
Label Management: Generate, print, and distribute all required product labels, barcodes, and documentation accurately and on‑time according to the daily production schedule.
Inventory Control: Manage the stock, issuance, and replenishment of packaging materials and production line consumables. Perform regular stock checks and maintain minimum levels.
Production Support: Provide general administrative and logistical support to the production team, including document handling, basic data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Equipment Operation: Operate and perform basic maintenance on label printers and related equipment. Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all labels and materials meet quality and specification requirements. Support traceability and documentation processes.
Educational Background: With at least O level education level or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a production, warehouse, or logistics support role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Hands‑on experience with barcode label printers and design software (e.g., Bartender, Loftware, NiceLabel) is highly desired.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and prioritize tasks effectively.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and a sense of urgency to support production lines.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
