We are looking for a Product Supply Director for one of our Global Business Unit, who can be a great collaborator with very diverse teams in the organization. This person will be accountable to deliver value accretive growth through supply chain mastery, business acumen, and organization building.

Your team

You will report to a Senior Director for the Regional Business Unit. The role will supervise a diverse team of people in category planning, innovation and plants, closely engaging with multi-functional partners in Japan and Korea markets.

How success looks like
  • Outstanding supply service to customer while meeting cash and cost target
  • Category initiative deliveries with excellence – delivering incremental Net of Sales and Profit
  • Net Structural Savings delivery across all supply chain nodes
  • Highly engaged organization and improving pipeline for future PS leaders
Responsibilities of the role
  • Drive strategic decisions impacting supply chain with the lead team; helps frame strategies.
  • Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service partnering closely with market PS leaders and manufacturing sites while meeting cash and cost target.
  • Achieve end-to-end supply chain operational sufficiency to support profitable business growth.
  • Build a robust supply chain organization for the Regional Business Unit.
  • Manage, coach and advise team, monitor compliance with stewardship requirements and immediately drive corrective action as needed.
Role Requirements
  • 8+ years of multinational consumer goods supply chain planning experience. Beauty category experience is highly valued
  • Experience in supply chain planning for China, Japan and Travel Retail market.
  • Experience in production management in manufacturing plant, inventory management, initiatives delivery.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with large multicultural teams with varied strengths.
  • Strong analytical, interpretative and evaluative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, physical distribution and manufacturing is a big plus.
