Job description

Our client is seeking a Private Equity Product Specialist to join their Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investor relations and marketing efforts across the firm's various PE funds, with a particular focus on semi-liquid private equity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and engagement strategies
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement and experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and maintain new initiatives and products
• Support business development efforts through targeted outreach and partnership-building
• Provide expert solutions to meet the unique needs of clients or stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies
• Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations
• Work closely with various teams to gain exposure to different business functions and contribute to the organization's success.

Requirements

• 2to 5 years of experience in investor relations, investment, product specialist or a related field, ideally with exposure to semi-liquid private equity products (e.g., evergreen funds, open-ended funds, or listed private equity vehicles)
• Strong understanding of private equity industry and investor relations best practices
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
