A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented individual to achieve KPIs and drive sales through telemarketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calls and possess relevant insurance certifications. Key responsibilities include identifying cross-selling opportunities, converting leads, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong persuasion skills along with a positive and resilient attitude towards challenges.
Location: Raffles Place, Interview in KL!
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $3500 per month (with certs & experience)
Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling;
Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma with relevant experience
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
Good team player with ability to multitask and meets high service standards;
