Job Summary

Exciting opportunity to drive hospital product sales and strategy across local and regional markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual sales budget for hospital products in local and regional markets.
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve revenue, profit, and sales targets.
  • Pitch and present products to potential customers and provide product training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, clinics, and customers through regular visits.
  • Prepare and submit tenders for the local market.
  • Plan and execute new product launches.
  • Monitor market potential and competitor activities.
  • Support and execute key events and congresses locally and regionally.
  • Translate global sales strategies into local execution plans.
  • Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of key account management.
  • Provide technical and clinical product training to sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, QA/RA, and Technical teams for product support.
  • Set targets and track performance for distributor-led operations in other countries.
  • Provide additional support for other product portfolios as needed.
  • Assist and support the Regional Sales Manager for hospital business and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • In-depth product knowledge with ability to convey value to customers and distributors.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for customer visits, training, trade events, and subsidiary support.
