🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Engagement & Value Messaging

  • Deliver persuasive pitches to customer executives and senior leadership, communicating the strategic value of Singtel Cybersecurity solutions powered by Palo Alto technologies.
  • Tailor presentations to business objectives, highlighting AI‑driven benefits, operational efficiency, and commercial value.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers to secure buy‑in and long‑term commitment.

2. Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and manage new opportunities across enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales to maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress via performance metrics.
  • Achieve annual revenue and margin targets for cybersecurity products and services.

3. Marketing Events & GTM Activities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and industry events to promote Palo Alto solutions.
  • Represent the brand at key industry conferences and drive customer engagement through live demos and presentations.

4. Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

  • Coordinate PoCs that validate solution performance and business value.
  • Work with technical teams to design, execute, and document successful PoC outcomes for clients.

5. Workshops & Enablement

  • Develop and conduct hands‑on workshops and training sessions to deepen client understanding of Palo Alto technologies.
  • Create technical and business playbooks, manuals, and presentations to support enablement initiatives.

6. Solution Demonstrations

  • Deliver tailored, high‑impact product demonstrations showcasing real‑world applications.
  • Engage customers with insights, address objections, and strengthen confidence in proposed solutions.

7. Strategic Partner Collaboration (Palo Alto Networks)

  • Cultivate strong alignment with Palo Alto Networks for joint go‑to‑market success.
  • Stay updated on the latest product innovations and coordinate joint marketing or sales events.
  • Ensure information flow and collaboration to enhance customer value and innovation.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity Sales, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Product Marketing.
  • Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity solutions and managed security operations.
  • Familiar with key technologies: Next‑Gen Firewalls, SSE, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR, etc.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Palo Alto certification (Associate or Professional) preferred.
