Our client is a forward-looking lifestyle brand that aims to promote good design appreciation through the furniture products they carry. They are looking to hire a highly motivated, efficient, and hands-on Product Specialist to join their team.

Product Specialist

Work Hours: 1100 - 2000 hours (Weekends 1000 - 1900 or 1100 - 2000 hours staggered shift)

Workweek - 5.5 days/ week

Job Description

• Provide excellent sales and customer services to all walk-in customers
• Provide relevant product recommendation and information to customers
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive retail experience
• Liaise with logistics/procurement and vendors on deliveries
• After sales follow up and resolution of feedback or quality issues
• Maintenance and upkeep of showroom appearance
• Brand development in terms of sales, advertising and promotions
• Ability to work retail hours (including weekends and PH)

Attributes

• Product Design or Interior Design background or Furniture retail experience will be an advantage (minimum of 5 years furniture retail experience for Senior Product Specialist role)
• Ability to cope with pressure and be self motivated.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Fast learner with an appetite for product and operational knowledge.
• Strong team player, enthusiastic and committed.
