Job description

This is an accelerated high growth position starting out as a sales engineer to a management role depending on individual performance and drive. A flexible work life balance with 5‑day work week. The potential incumbent will be driving sales revenue and develop a team subsequently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To be accountable and responsible for achieving personal sales target through sales and marketing of various research instruments to the research laboratories
  • To identify potential customers who would need the range of products assigned
  • To visit customers regularly to maintain good rapport
  • To understand the current market situation and competition analysis
  • To develop marketing plans to develop business
  • To provide prompt replies to customers and arranging customer visits efficiently
  • To be able to pick up technical knowledge of existing and new products fast
  • Any ad‑hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma, Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Science & Engineering discipline (Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry/Physics, or related disciplines)
  • Preferably with sales experience in Laboratory and characterization equipment
  • Entry-level with exceptional drives and passion in selling characterization equipment are welcome
  • Independent, Dynamic, Self‑driven, Positive individual with Great Attitude
  • With excellent communication skills who is creative and resourceful and able to multi‑task
  • Target driven and have a can‑do sprit who is looking for a long term career
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in various microscopy techniques (AFM, SEM, TEM,...) or Chromatography/Spectroscopy technics will be advantageous
