Job summary

Dada Consultants is recruiting for a seasoned Payment Product Manager to lead development of global payment solutions across markets including card acquiring, wallets, and APMs. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable payment capabilities that drive merchant adoption and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 5–10 years' experience in payment product management, with deep knowledge of payment flows, channels, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5–10 years of Payment Product Manager experience or related role.
• Strong understanding of payment technologies, flows, channels and operations.
• Experience managing products across full lifecycle, preferably in payment integrations.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of payment products and ops across global markets.

• Gather, analyse, and articulate merchants' requirements, identify capability gaps, and translate needs into product specs.

• Design end-to-end payment solutions by assembling appropriate capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation.
• Drive project execution with internal teams to ensure launches are on schedule.

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding payment products and operational capabilities across global markets, including payment acquiring for credit cards, e-wallets, and other alternative payment methods (APMs) under in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia.
• Partner closely with the Business Development team to design, position, and present global payment solutions to prospective and existing merchants, with a primary focus on driving new solution adoption and business growth.
• Gather, analyse, and articulate merchants' business requirements, identify capability gaps, and translate customer needs into clear product and solution requirements.
• Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and recommend new product enhancements and strategic development directions.
• Design end-to-end payment solutions by assembling the appropriate product capabilities based on customer requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams/stakeholders to drive project execution, manage implementation milestones, and ensure payment solutions are launched successfully and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Payment Product Manager OR relevant position
• Strong understanding of payment technologies, including payment flows, payment channels, and payment operations.
• Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, preferably in payment channel integration or payment services.
• Strong ownership, execution, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound judgment and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, define user stories, and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Passion for product innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
