- Conduct visual, dimensional, and workmanship inspections across assembled products.
2. Execute Functional & RF Testing Validation
- Perform hands‑on functional and RF test execution to validate product performance against defined specifications.
- Use test equipment to verify pass/fail results and identify anomalies requiring investigation.
- Partner with manufacturing and engineering to resolve test‑related quality issues.
3. Reduce Defects Through Data-Driven Quality Execution
- Track inspection and test results to identify recurring defects and quality trends.
- Document nonconformances and inspection rejections.
- Contribute to measurable defect reduction over time.
4. Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Own inspection‑ and test‑driven CAPAs from issue identification through verification of corrective actions.
- Help prevent repeat defects in future builds.
5. Support Manufacturing & Shipment Readiness
- Work closely with internal manufacturing teams to complete inspections and testing on time without becoming a bottleneck.
- Serve as a trusted quality partner on the production floor.
6. Maintain Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Maintain clear inspection and test records.
