Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive the Advisory transformation roadmap and manage the Aladdin Wealth capabilities across portfolio management, advisory workflows, analytics, risk measurement and workflow automation.

You will translate business strategy and regulatory needs into a prioritised backlog, lead Agile squads, and coordinate with Front Office, CIO, Technology and external partners to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, advisory workflows and risk concepts.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritisation, user stories and UAT.
• Ability to define TOMs, process flows, and user journeys for strategic platform capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across Front Office, CIO, Technology, Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Advisory transformation roadmap and own Aladdin Wealth capabilities across PM, advisory, analytics, risk measurement and workflow automation.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into a prioritised product backlog.
• Lead Agile delivery squads and end-to-end product lifecycle activities including backlog, sprint planning, testing, release, and adoption.
• Partner with Front Office, CIO, DPM, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance and external vendors to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Drive digitalisation of advisory, portfolio management and analytics capabilities using AI insights and automation.
• Define and maintain business requirements, TOMs, processes and user documentation to support platform implementation.
