Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Owner to translate business and technical insights into viable product initiatives in Singapore.

You will collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and ensure measurable value delivery. The role requires strong experience in backlog management, user story development, and acceptance criteria, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar discipline.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders on digital solutions and products.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management, roadmap planning, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, business process analysis, product performance measurement, Agile, SDLC, system integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in shipping/logistics industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Leads and stakeholders to align product roadmap with business objectives and translate needs into viable initiatives.
• Validate requirements through research, data analysis, and experimentation ensuring value and cost-effectiveness.
• Define roadmap scope, break initiatives into epics, and prepare business cases for endorsement.
• Lead solution design and user journey development aligned with product strategy.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria addressing business goals, tech considerations, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Balance development with technical debt and architectural priorities while safeguarding critical system requirements.
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined and ready for development; support UAT and release readiness decisions.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate post-release performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with architects, project teams, and SMEs to maintain documentation and post-launch feedback processes.
