Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate (any discipline) with an interest in product management, data analytics, or developer tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data (e.g. dashboards, spreadsheets).
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how public-sector platforms operate at scale.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Adoption & Insights.
• Help design and manage feedback loops across multiple channels.
• Assist in gathering evidence of how users benefit from the products.
• Help prepare regular product updates and newsletters.
• Support internal coordination with other Product Managers and Engineers.
