Contract Worker, Credit Cards
The contract worker will be supporting the Credit Cards team on product and usage campaigns.
Responsibilities
Pre-Campaign Preparation
- Monitor competitive landscape
Frontline & Operational Readiness
- Prepare materials and FAQs to brief frontline and operations teams on new campaigns, processes, and procedures
- Handle queries from Call Centre and Operations
Customer Communications
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Customer Experience, and Marketing to clear customer communications
- Liaise with marketing to update website materials (e.g., product pages, T&Cs)
Post Campaign Fulfilment
- Support fulfilment of customer offers and administrative tasks
- Prepare reports to track performance and effectiveness of channels and programs
Others
- Perform end-to-end testing for UAT if required
- Support administrative matters
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and adjust priorities quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines and unexpected changes
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment for at least 6 months
Education
- Currently enrolled in university
- Prior work experience preferred
