The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with one of the world's leading technology companies to hire a Product Marketing Manager.
  • You will join the Southeast Asia team, focusing on Thailand and Vietnam.
  • This is a parental leave cover role; the role will start off as a contractual assignment on 12 Jan 2026 and end on Sep 2026.

The Talent

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and digital advertising or relevant fields.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and commercial mindset.
  • Experience in go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and product positioning.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape in Thailand and/or Vietnam is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and/or Thai is advantageous to work with native speaking stakeholders but not mandatory.
Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategies for priority advertising products in Thailand and Vietnam, driving product adoption and growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, acting as the voice of the market to shape product development and deliver impactful business outcomes.

  • Own and execute local go-to-market plans, including product training, client segmentation, and positioning.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate internal/external partnerships to drive execution.
  • Conduct market analysis and partner with Sales and Product teams to validate and scale product initiatives.
  • Represent the market to global product teams, providing feedback and insights to influence roadmaps.
  • Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to manage multiple projects effectively.
