Job description

Our client is a leading MultiTech social media company. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will focus on driving local go-to-market strategy and execution for their priority ad products in Australia and New Zealand.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be the product go-to-market expert across our priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption for advertisers in ANZ.
  • Strategically drive business performance and adoption goals, by managing executive level relationships and independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution.
  • Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product training, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points for our priority products and scale learnings.
  • Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and articulate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 8+ years of experience in product marketing and digital advertising or relevant experience.
  • Digital/Social Marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand is a MUST
  • Track record of collaborating well and influencing cross-functional teams
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve and execute independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
