Product Marketing Manager | 1 year - Up to 7K

The company Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve Company's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities
  • Own product growth and adoption for specific company ad products in SEA
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of brand or performance marketers to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals.
  • Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing business for brand or performance campaigns.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and a strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries.
  • Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills.
