You will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Partner teams to translate market and customer insights into impactful messaging, launches, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, adoption, revenue, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Define unique selling propositions (USPs) and differentiated product messaging.
- Develop and maintain product narratives, pitch decks, and website content.
- Build GTM plans for product launches and iterations, including objectives, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct competitive analysis, win/loss studies, pricing research, and customer interviews.
- Translate insights into actionable product roadmap and GTM recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales materials including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, demos, and training content.
- Support sales strategy for key opportunities and major accounts.
Marketing Execution & Collaboration
- Plan and execute monthly and annual marketing and promotional strategies.
- Independently lead marketing campaigns (brand promotion, product marketing, and communications), ensuring effective implementation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams on campaigns, events, and product-led content stories for webinars, case studies, and blog posts.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Rednote) to increase brand engagement.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and coordinate offline promotional initiatives for integrated marketing impact.
- Utilise productivity and design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Photoshop to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
Performance & Reporting
- Define success metrics for product launches and adoption.
- Analyse marketing data and prepare performance dashboards with clear recommendations for improvement.
Advocacy & Partnership
- Develop customer reference programmes and manage external vendor, media, and partner relationships.
- Build relationships with relevant industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the voice of the customer to the Product and R&D teams.
- Influence roadmap priorities with commercial and market insight.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in digital marketing, market research, or product marketing within the semiconductor supplier or electronic component distributor industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with Chinese counterparts.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice.
