• Support the credit card product strategy to increase adoption, market share, and profitability
• Strengthen customer engagement and portfolio performance through targeted campaigns and efficient operational support
• Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition, engagement, and spend objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely campaign rollouts and initiatives
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Handle daily operational tasks, including responding to customer queries and supporting smooth execution of product initiatives
