Job description

• Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Familiar with growth facing feats (TGE, airdrops and campaign tools...ec)
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience
• Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features
• Require candidate to have experience for growth product or deep understanding of web3 airdrop ecosystem , know majority of users need
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends
