As a Product Manager, you will maximise wound care sales growth and profitability through enabling our sales force to be equipped with product information, tools and knowledge as well as maintenance of an optimal product assortment.

What you’ll do
  • Continuously review and improve business processes to ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the appropriate and optimal component range; regularly review regional component assortment in collaboration with Marketing Manager, SEA. Maintain active field presence to support marketing implementation; manage training programs for the sales team.
  • Implement product-related initiatives to stimulate demand internally and externally, including coordination of new product launches with Marketing leadership.
  • Oversee communication of product changes to minimize disruption for customers; inform management of product-related issues and marketing opportunities.
  • Act as the local contact point for product-related support; handle product inquiries and serve as a super user for relevant sales tools.
  • Own specific marketing projects aimed at driving profitable sales growth and positioning the company as an innovative leader in the medical device industry; advise on initiatives for optimization and business development.
  • Manage product back orders, including temporary deletions or substitutions to avoid supply disruptions.
  • Support the organization of external conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings; assist in developing content for internal sales and marketing meetings.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials; contribute to pricing reviews and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality Affairs teams on relevant matters as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate tender documents to support business opportunities.
