Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for I2M (VMI) across APAC.
  • Develop and maintain the business model and value proposition.
  • Lead feature design, prioritization, and release management in partnership with IT and operations.
  • Track product performance against business case KPIs and continuously enhance the offer.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making across functions.

Commercialization

  • Define and maintain pricing tools, standards, and cost recovery models.
  • Support sales pricing and ensure initial investment recovery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the commercial and value proposition frameworks.

Business Development

  • Co-create the sales and marketing plan with BD Sector & Country Leads.
  • Train and develop regional and country sales teams on I2M/VMI value proposition.
  • Promote adoption across new sectors and markets in APAC.
  • Identify up-/cross-selling opportunities and support RFX submissions.
  • Execute the regional growth plan in collaboration with local markets.

Delivery & Operations

  • Support customer implementation projects and successful solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT Run & Development teams to enhance the VMI platform.
  • Select and mentor local I2M Managers across APAC.
  • Introduce and standardize the VMI solution in new regions and sites.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or product management.
  • Exposure to multiple APAC markets preferred.
  • Experience in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), inbound-to-manufacturing, or similar digital supply chain solutions is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and solution-driven approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead product development and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Skilled in sales enablement and business case realization.
  • Confident engaging with IT and technology teams on product design.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and lead change.

Who You Are

You’re an entrepreneurial product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and supply chain operations. You’re passionate about transforming traditional logistics into digital-enabled ecosystems, and you know how to make innovation commercially viable and have experience implementing or selling complex solutions in manufacturing or inventory optimization.
