Key Responsibilities
1. Achieving Revenue and Profitability Targets
- Develop financial forecasts, analyze sales trends, and identify new market opportunities.
- Optimize pricing and product mix to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor product performance to ensure sustainable growth and ROI.
2. Formulating Product Strategies and Roadmaps
- Network Optimization – Real‑time AI analytics to identify and resolve network bottlenecks.
- Customer Experience Enhancement – Personalized user journeys through Smart Data insights.
- AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants – Automate customer service and improve response time.
- Virtualized Network Functions (VNFs) – Enhance agility through AI‑powered SDN orchestration.
- Data Monetization – Develop new revenue streams via anonymized data insights for partners.
3. Managing the Entire Product Lifecycle
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle — from concept to market launch to retirement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Continuously refine the product based on market and customer feedback.
4. Driving GTM (Go‑To‑Market) & Pipeline Generation
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define positioning, campaigns, and launch strategies.
- Build lead pipelines through events, partnerships, and industry engagement.
- Conduct business reviews to track progress and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
5. Partnering for Continuous Innovation
- Collaborate with technology partners, research institutions, and startups to integrate new AI and Smart Data innovations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance solution competitiveness and customer value.
6. Cross‑Functional Alignment & Collaboration
- Act as the central bridge across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
- Ensure cohesive communication, aligned goals, and on‑time delivery across departments.
7. Market & Customer Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research.
- Engage with customers to uncover needs, pain points, and adoption barriers.
- Translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Data Science & AI, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Product Marketing.
- Strong understanding of AI, Data Analytics, and Telco Infrastructure Solutions.
- Familiar with AI Models, Generative AI Applications, and Smart Data Platforms.
- Proven track record in managing ICT or AI‑driven products from concept to launch.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- High self‑initiative and creative problem‑solver.
