It enables sellers to automate customer interactions, answer buyer inquiries, and enhance the shopping experience seamlessly. Beyond responding to customer questions, our chatbot acts as a customizable shop assistant, allowing sellers to tailor interactions based on their business needs. Additionally, it provides engagement tools to help buyers discover the right products and make more informed purchasing decisions. As we continue to innovate, we are expanding our team to build the next generation of intelligent commerce solutions. In this role, you will develop and enhance our chatbot, leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) technology to improve the e-commerce experience. You will drive project execution and work closely with data scientists to iterate on LLM algorithms for improved performance. Additionally, you will research AI advancements, explore new product applications, and develop strategies to enhance chatbot capabilities in e-commerce. With a focus on optimizing the buyer experience in the pre-sales stage, you will help create seamless, engaging interactions that guide purchasing decisions. Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize AI’s impact.
