Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to manage product selection across various financial services. Key responsibilities include conducting product evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a recognized Bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

  • Recognized Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent required.
  • Preferably possess CACS and CMFAS – M9, M9A, M5, HI certification.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product selection across unit trusts, bonds, insurance, etc.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing products.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS requirements and internal policies.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage product selection and all related process across unit trusts, bonds, insurance, trust/family office solutions, DPM and financing.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluation of existing products and partners.
  • Work closely with external partners/ alliance for product monitoring and evaluation.
  • Review internal work process and procedures such as transaction work procedure, preparation of presentation materials, approval of transaction documents and follow up actions with clients.
  • Ensure that all product information are well communicated and consistently updated.
  • Access risk and monitor LTV via reporting to Credit Department and Management.
  • Work closely with Client Advisers to ensure that the sales process is in accordance to MAS requirement and Fair Dealing guidelines.
  • Ensure that internal policies and transaction activities are updated as per MAS regulations and requirements.
  • Any other tasks assigned by HOD and management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Recognized Bachelor’s/ University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably a CACS and CMFAS – M9, M9A, M5, HI holder.
  • Possesses at least 3-5 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity.
