Job description

We are partnering with a leading digital payments and crypto platform. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Payments with strong expertise in card products, crypto apps, and payment systems. This role requires a deep understanding of traditional payments infrastructure combined with a passion for crypto, blockchain, and user‑centric product design.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of key payment features spanning Web2 and Web3, including crypto cards, wallets, on/off‑ramps, and in‑app payments.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for crypto payments, cards and in‑app payment experiences
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery, ideation, and delivery of new payment feature across Web2 and Web3 environments

<бір>Payments & Cards Domain Ownership

• Design and scale products related to:
  • Crypto debit/credit cards
  • In‑app crypto payments and transfers
  • On‑ramps / off‑ramps (fiat <!-- use < and > for special characters --> crypto)
  • Wallet integrations and transaction flows
• Work closely with partners, issuers, networks, and payment processors (e.g., Visa/MasterUltimately, PSPs)

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Growth, and Customer Support
• Drive alignment between technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and business objectives

User Experience & Growth

• Own user journeys across mobile and web apps
• Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously optimise conversion, engagement, and retention
• Ensure intuitive, compliant, and secure payment experiences
WEEKEND

/CDipto & Compliance Awareness

• Stay current on crypto regulations, payments compliance, and market trends
• Partner with Compliance & Legal to ensure products meet regulatory requirements across markets

Requirements

MUST be based out of Singapore/Hong Kong/M’sia and can speak Chinese

8+ years of Product Management experience in:
• Payments, fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Strong experience with:
  • Card products (debit/credit/prepaid)
  • Payment systems & rails
  • Consumer‑facing mobile or web apps
• Proven experience delivering complex products end‑to‑end

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of:
  • Card networks, issuers, acquirers, and processors
  • Payment flows, KYC/AML, fraud, chargebacks
  • Crypto wallets, blockchain transactions, on/off‑ramps
• Ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, system design, and integrations

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsData‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, neobank, fintech, or Web3 startup
• Knowledge of DeFi, stablecoins, or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience scaling payment products globally
• Tech delivery
