Job summary

Synaptic Delver in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for its flagship neurotechnology platform, driving development across hardware, software, and data systems to deliver innovative user-centric solutions.

You will translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive product experiences, collaborate with engineering, AI, and design teams, and lead end-to-end product development from concept through deployment in a startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of product management experience managing complex hardware, software, AI products, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to execute product lifecycle management in startup environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate product goals and resolve challenges across teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in technical and cross-functional contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SynDock to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-centric product experiences that meet market needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams (hardware and software), AI specialists, and design professionals to ensure cohesive product development.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Engage with partners and stakeholders across diverse sectors to identify and validate new use cases and applications, including wellness, productivity, and defence.
• Apply product management expertise to navigate the full product lifecycle within a startup environment, adapting to evolving requirements and challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving within cross-functional technical teams to overcome development obstacles and optimize product performance.
