The Platform team delivers a reliable, easy‑to‑use platform enabling businesses to discover, learn about, purchase, and use BytePlus solutions. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic development and enhancement of our Enterprise LLM Platform, driving innovation and ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of AI.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product development and iteration of the Volcano Engine large‑model service platform.
• Understand and uncover customer needs through user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis, produce requirement documents, and promote feature implementation.
• Track launch effects and user feedback of the product, providing reasonable suggestions for product function optimization.
• Provide user support through training and instructional documents to ensure efficient use of the Volcano Engine platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Final year or recent graduate with background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or related technical discipline.
• Clear logic with good problem analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with multiple teams.
• Preferred: Experience in internet products.
