We are seeking a highly motivated product manager to lead the strategic development and enhancement of our Enterprise LLM Platform, driving innovation to keep it at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and enhancement of the Enterprise LLM Platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to shape product strategy.
• Participate in product development and iteration of the Volcano Engine large model service platform.
• Conduct user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis to uncover customer needs, produce requirement documents, and promote implementation of features.
• Track launch effects and user feedback, providing suggestions for product function optimization.
• Provide user support through training and instructional documents to ensure efficient use of the Volcano Engine platform.

Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong problem‑analysis and problem‑solving skills.
