Job Duties

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and structure investment solutions and fund vehicles that align with client objectives, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare product term sheets, business cases, and supporting documentation to obtain internal approvals in accordance with the firm’s product governance framework.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support strategic decisions on product positioning, pricing, and differentiation.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for product development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring operational readiness from inception to client funding.
• Communicate project updates, key milestones, and product information effectively to the Head of Product and other stakeholders.
• Support the full product lifecycle, including new launches, repositioning, restructures, and closures of fund products.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product development role within finance industry
• Familiar with MAS Code of CIS, fund structures, tax schemes and investment regulatory frameworks for funds across jurisdictions
