Job summary

EPOS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and continual improvement of technology products that combine physical devices, software capabilities and operational workflows.

The role involves translating user and operational needs into scalable solutions, managing requirements, testing and production rollouts, and coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Customer Service and Sales. You will work across markets to ensure alignment and ongoing optimisation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Product Management or related product experience.
• Experience with hardware-enabled technology products, smart devices, or integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Understand how hardware products interact with software applications and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product enhancements across hardware-enabled products and digital platforms.
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across product components.
• Drive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, workflows and product efficiency.
• Manage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements with stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption, usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product requirements, documentation and relevant operational materials.
• Support product implementation and alignment across different markets.
