The Right Profile

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive growth in our Hong Kong Business at Syfe. You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers and engineers and support product and business teams to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Opportunities: Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across investment products, acquisition channels, and conversion funnels, collaborating with business, marketing and compliance stakeholders.
• Execution: Build and execute data‑driven product roadmaps based on user insights, analytics and research. Manage and prioritise the backlog, balancing user value, growth metrics (e.g., AUM, sign‑ups, activation) and technical constraints.
• Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, data) to ship high‑impact features on time while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Synthesis: Analyse data, conduct user research, run experiments and iterate to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent domain experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience on consumer‑facing digital products (fintech preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Metabase/Mixpanel) and statistical decision‑making.
• Experience as product owner in agile/scrum, including backlog management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities.

Nice to haves

• Experience in wealth management or regulated financial products (Hong Kong/APAC markets ideal).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese) with working proficiency.
• History of zero‑to‑one launches or innovative growth experiments.
• Technical background (e.g., ML/AI concepts or frontend coding).
