About The Team

The Ecosystem and Governance Team focuses on content ecosystem governance of TikTok LIVE business. As the middle platform of TikTok LIVE, we are devoted to providing solutions and building capacities for ecosystem issues from a holistic perspective. Our ultimate goal is to provide our users with the best user experience, and to ensure sustainable development of TikTok LIVE business.

  • Build and improve the Eco-governance system and platform tools to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Develop a user inform mechanism and education strategy to create a community atmosphere, and to enhance the content quality.
  • Design identification and governance strategies, optimize ecology issues in main and sub-scenarios of livestream to support the development of the LIVE business.
  • Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, strategies, and operations to optimize the ecology governance moderation process, to improve moderation efficiency and quality.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent product design and business understanding capabilities; able to identify and address issues through data or processes and drive solutions.
  • Logical thinking ability; capable of establishing effective communication on critical issues during cross-team collaboration and driving implementation.
  • Project management and stress resistance capabilities; able to grasp various demands and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about content products; experience in content moderation, ecological governance, audit backend, and similar governance product roles is a plus.
