Technical Product Manager (Data Center)

The Role
The Technical Product Manager bridges technology, marketing, and sales to define and promote differentiated technical solutions that drive commercialization, customer adoption, and market success.
This role connects R&D innovation with business strategy, ensuring technically advanced products are effectively positioned, marketed, and successfully launched into target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define offer positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive business growth and competitive differentiation.
- Conduct market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to support business strategy and planning.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure solutions align with market and customer needs.
- Translate technical product features into compelling market messaging, sales tools, and marketing materials.
- Lead or support new product introductions, solution launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Measure offer and product performance, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen market positioning.
- Act as the key liaison between Shanghai R&D and regional marketing teams, ensuring strategic and communication alignment.
Core Focus
- Build and execute marketing frameworks and product positioning for technical and engineering-driven products.
- Integrate technical insights into effective Product Marketing and/or Tech Marketing strategies and GTM plans.
- Drive hands‑on, execution-oriented marketing with measurable impact.
- Contribute to end-to-end product commercialization, from R&D input to market launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B solution marketing, with a background in Product Marketing, Tech Marketing, or both.
- Strong foundation in product R&D or engineering preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready strategies and messaging.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
- Experience leading new product launch strategies, go-to-market planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Hiring Priority
- Candidates from technical or engineering industries such as power systems, electrical components, or related fields.
- Must have solid experience in Product Marketing, Tech Marketing, or both.
- Strong understanding of technology–marketing integration and commercialization execution.
