Responsibilities
- Lead growth and innovation initiatives across the retail banking portfolio — including but not limited to deposits, credit cards and loan/financing products — to enhance customer value and business performance.
- Analyze existing products to identify improvement and digitization opportunities that align with evolving market needs and customer expectations.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization, development, and implementation to launch and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to refine existing offerings and introduce new products that strengthen market competitiveness.
- Drive product demand and adoption through effective marketing, promotional, and customer engagement strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and publicity campaigns with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics such as customer growth, satisfaction, and profitability, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve existing products, leveraging customer feedback and business insights to maintain relevance and market leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within banking and financial services industry, with proven success in developing and launching retail banking or digital products.
- Resourceful, self‑motivated, and digitally savvy individual with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with excellent organizational abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
