A leading retail company in Singapore is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of household and lifestyle product lines. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, manage P&L, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and performance of our household and lifestyle product lines. This includes identifying market opportunities through in-depth research, sourcing and validating new products, and managing profitability through careful P&L oversight. You will work cross-functionally to execute the product roadmap, support marketing initiatives, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market. Translate findings into actionable product ideas and insights.
Source and evaluate new products, test market fit, and gather feedback to improve or pivot product offerings.
Monitor and manage the P&L for each product line, with a focus on increasing revenue and managing costs to maximize profitability.
Drive the product roadmap by working closely with marketing, distribution, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
Lead product forecasting, conduct regular reviews, and work with teams to optimize product lifecycles and inventory planning.
Provide input for marketing campaigns and ensure product positioning, communication, and materials are in line with brand and strategic goals.
Define and track KPIs to ensure product success metrics are met across sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
