Qualifications

In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop product strategies, drive business growth, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and market opportunities.

Our Team

You will be part of the DSS CSBU team, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative connectivity solutions and create long‑term value for customers.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive product commercialization activities, including business case development, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Lead cost reduction, capacity planning, and product improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within electronic components, connectivity solutions, or a related technology industry.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
