You will develop, manage, and enhance investment products and solutions aligned with the Banks market outlook and client needs, covering ideation, launch, ongoing review, training, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business; CFA is an advantage.
  • CACS paper 1 & (as applicable)
  • 2+ years relevant experience in product management, investment advisory, or wealth management in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop investment strategies and thematic ideas aligned with market outlook.
  • Recommend financial products and tailor solutions to client risk profiles.
  • Conduct product due diligence including rationale, risks, costs, and suitability.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: approval, launch, monitoring, sunset.
  • Prepare and deliver product training to RMs, ARMs, and PCs.
  • Monitor market trends and product performance to identify opportunities.

Job description

E.Sun Private Banking Singapore is looking for a diligent and professional individual to join the Product and Investment (P&I) team as a Product Manager. As a key member of the P&I team, the Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing investment products and solutions that align with the Bank’s market outlook and client needs. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from ideation and launch to ongoing review, training, and performance monitoring, while ensuring robust product governance and risk awareness. The Product Manager is an authorized dealer and may place trades with counterparties on behalf of clients, in accordance with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • tDevelop investment strategies and thematic ideas in line with the Bank’s overall market outlook and investment philosophy
  • .Recommend financial products and structure bespoke financial solutions tailored to the needs and risk profiles of private banking clients
  • eConduct comprehensive product due diligence, including assessment of investment rationale, risks, costs, and suitability
  • .Perform regular product reviews to ensure ongoing relevance, performance, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
.Product Lifecycle Managemen
  • tOversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of financial products, including product approval, launch, distribution, monitoring, and sunset where applicable
  • .Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth product implementation and governance
.Training & Stakeholder Supp
  • tPrepare and deliver product training for Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), and Product Consultants (PCs) on new products and product updates
  • .Ensure front‑line teams are equipped with appropriate knowledge, tools, and materials to effectively communicate product features, risks, and benefits to clients

  • gContinuously monitor market trends, product performance, and competitor offerings to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and enhancement areas
