About the Company:

About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development process. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining product strategy, and guiding the development and launch of new features and products. This is a hands‑on role requiring you to be comfortable in product management, product development, and user research. You will thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and be passionate about making a difference in the healthcare and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s overall goals and market opportunities within the healthcare & wellness sector.
    • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on user needs, market research, competitive analysis, and data‑driven insights.
    • Translate the product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
    • Participate in agile development processes (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on data and user feedback.
  • User Research & Customer Empathy:
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows within the healthcare & wellness context.
    • Plan and execute various user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Analyze user research findings and translate them into actionable product insights and improvements.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare & wellness user landscape, including industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
    • Act as a product evangelist, representing the product and its value proposition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2‑4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, ideally within an Agile framework.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating user insights into product improvements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive and results‑oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Passion for the healthcare & wellness space and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design, Healthcare Administration).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare & wellness industry or a related regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user‑centered design methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies used in healthcare & wellness (e.g., mobile apps, SaaS platforms, data analytics).
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard) and user research tools.
