Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth, achieve sales targets, and significantly expand our market share.
  • Achieve and surpass annual sales targets, demonstrating leadership and strategic foresight.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, establishing trust and fostering collaboration.
  • Manage and resolve technical inquiries promptly, providing timely updates and solutions to ensure seamless pre‑ and post‑sales support.
  • Perform engaging in‑service training, product demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations with healthcare professionals, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Actively participate in conferences and industry events, representing our brand and staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Communicate product or supply issues swiftly and effectively to the Quality Assurance team and manufacturers, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Assist in inventory control and management, ensuring efficient stock consignment and availability for our customers.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and stay ahead of the curve with the latest products and technology trends, playing a key role in product R&D.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the Singapore sales team, ensuring they achieve their sales objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Educate and empower internal and external personnel with deep knowledge of our products and their impact on patient care.
Requirements
