Job description

We are seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of our house brand portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand, from supplier negotiations to marketing, product development, and sales support. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of balancing commercial insight with operational execution to drive the brand’s growth and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full product lifecycle of the house brand, including product planning, sourcing, pricing, and performance tracking.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements with local and overseas suppliers to achieve optimal cost competitiveness.

Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with technical and branding standards.

Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand forecasts and sales trends.

Monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory turnover.

Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.

Product Development & Marketing

Identify market needs and product gaps to expand the brand’s range strategically.

Lead product development projects—from design and packaging to launch.

Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, materials, and promotions to strengthen brand visibility and sales.

Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to ensure brand competitiveness.

Develop and implement pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies for the brand.

Track sales performance, margins, and ROI on marketing activities.

Provide regular reports and business insights to management for strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with an understanding of industrial and automotive markets.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, procurement, or brand management - preferably within the automotive, industrial, or distribution sector.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Commercially astute with experience in pricing strategy and product positioning.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical, resourceful, and capable of working independently with a hands‑on approach.
