We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Smart Security & Automation product roadmap, with a strong emphasis on hardware/software integration and biometric technologies. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our intelligent security solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for smart security hardware (e.g., readers, controllers, edge devices) and software platforms (e.g., main security platform, applications, AI analytics).
Curate and evolve the biometric roadmap, including facial recognition, fingerprint, iris, and emerging modalities.
Align roadmap with business strategy, customer needs, and technology trends.
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps.
Translate insights into product features and enhancements that drive adoption and differentiation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure product alignment and readiness.
Present roadmap updates, product performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in smart security, automation, and biometrics.
Evaluate and integrate third‑party technologies and platforms where appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in smart security, IoT, or biometric technologies.
Proven track record of delivering complex hardware/software products.
Strong understanding of biometric systems, edge computing, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
