StraitsX Group is seeking an adaptable Product Manager to own the stablecoin payments API, enabling banks and platforms to accept, convert, and settle stablecoin payments. This is an early-stage product in a fast-evolving regulatory environment, with scope expanding from partner integrations to regulatory translation and roadmap ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, launching API/platform/fintech products.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong product sense, focusing on user journeys and UX decisions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Compliance, Legal.
• Experience in payments or regulated financial infrastructure, with regulator insights.

Responsabilités

• Scope, prioritise, and design the core product — API design, payment flows, and edge-case handling.
• Drive day-to-day execution with engineering, sequencing builds and releases.
• Define operational workflows, monitoring, and internal tooling at scale.
• Translate regulatory requirements (Travel Rule, AML) into actionable product needs.
• Design flows and controls that stay compliant while minimising user friction.
• Maintain the product decision log and cross-functional documentation.
• Program-manage partner delivery across engineering, compliance, legal, and partners.
• Take partner integrations end-to-end from design to launch and iteration.
• Own developer experience: API docs, sandbox, and integration support.
