Job summary

Soitec Microelectronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites a qualification-focused technician to assist in pilot line qualification projects and NPI activities.

You will work closely with Operations & Production, monitor process data, and support DOE and SEM analyses for industrialization. Proactive communication and teamwork are essential. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials or related engineering discipline and at least 2 years in semiconductors, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industries.
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pilot line qualification projects, NPI, and new incoming materials qualification.
• Support engineers on prototype and bulk qualification by collaborating with Operations & Production.
• Monitor and prepare process data and feedback for improvement and qualification.
• Perform re-sort flow creation, sampling plan changes and specs updates.
• Line support on lots movement and daily prototype and sample movement reporting.
• Create BOMs and update product cards for prototype and HVM materials.
• Assist in DOE execution and short loops for industrialization and qualification activities.
• Perform SEM reviews and prepare analysis reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pilot line qualification project, new product introduction (NPI) and new incoming materials qualification.

• Support engineers on prototype and bulk qualification by working closely with Operations & Production

• Monitor and prepare process data and feedback results for improvement and qualification

• Perform re-sort flow creation, sampling plan change and specs change.

• Line support on lots movement and prepare daily prototype and samples movement reporting

• BOM creation and updating of product cards on both prototype and HVM materials

• Assist execution of DOE and short loops on industrialization and qualification activities

• Perform SEM review and prepare analysis reports

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Materials or relevant Engineering disciplines

Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in semiconductor industries

Technical / Job Knowledge:

Knowledge on office suite (MS or Google).

Experience in SEM and JMP application knowledge is added advantage
