Department: RF Components & Wireless Connectivity

Report to: Product Manager

Functional Relationships with:

Established and nurtured relationships with key ASEAN business development teams—Application Engineering, Marcom, Business Development, and Sales—as well as the corresponding Product Department at Japan HQ.

Position Profile

Based in: Singapore (regional travel is required)

Job Site: Yishun

The successful candidate will: be responsible for business development and pre-sales activities for RF/Wireless connectivity solutions, driving market expansion across ASEAN, India, and Oceania. Collaborate with local sales teams to secure design wins and support customer engagements. Regional travel is required to support business growth and client interactions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate customer opportunities by leveraging market insights and conducting strategic research to grow both new and existing accounts.
  • Provide technical support to ensure successful implementation of RF products through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to manage customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Hypothesize and develop key for success strategies/business model to targeted applications/product concept.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations, including proof-of-concept showcases, to influence client decision-making.
  • Support marketing initiatives by partnering with marketing and communications team for marketing purpose.
Ability / Competency Required
  • Graduates with a degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and other related field are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
  • Electronics engineering knowledge, particularly in wireless connectivity (e.g., Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth, LPWA) and embedded device (e.g., C programming, RTOS, Linux) will be highly advantageous. Knowledge in IoT device market is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude in dynamic and challenging work environments.
  • Willingness to travel across ASEAN and India regions as part of the role.
