Job description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for pre, post sales technical support for our ultra pure fluid handling division serving semiconductor, pharmaceutical and life science industry.
- Support sales team and end users on pump selection, hydraulics, and automation setup.
- Work alongside with sales team to develop new markets and users
- Support end users on trials and evaluations
- User trainings and trouble shootings
- May require travelling for overseas customers
